Senior Workplace Engineer (f/m/d)
For a project we are looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer (f/m/d).
Your tasks will be:
- End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
- L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
- Bug analysis/fixes
- Feature development when necessary
- Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
- Deliverables: App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
- Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
- Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
- Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
Following Know-how is required:
- Writing skills for documentation purposes
- Must-have: MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
- Proficiency in Windows Devices management
- Experience with Windows Information Protection (WIP)
- Powershell development skills
- Nice to have skills: MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN, Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Excellent German and English skills
