Retrofit Installation Trainer (f/m/d)

For an international customer we are looking for a Retrofit Installation Trainer (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:

• Conducting basic training on retrofit installation processes, standards, and safety requirements
• Delivering practical training sessions with a focus on cable assembly
• Teaching best practices for efficient installation and error prevention
• Preparing training materials and documentation
• Supporting on-site activities during retrofit deployments
• Location is Cairo, Egypt

Following know-how is required:

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Strong understanding of installation processes and industrial safety standards
• Hands-on experience with cable assembly and retrofit installation work
• Ability to teach technical content clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of industry best practices for installation quality and error avoidance
• Willingness to travel to Egypt
• Excellent English skills
