UX Researcher (f/m/d)

For a project we are looking for a UX Researcher (f/m/d)

Your tasks will be:

 

  • Conduct UX Research and design activities

  • Lead UX research activities and document it in the Groups Research repository

  • Prepare and animate workshops on functional framing, ideation and co-design with business and users, or even on an ad hoc basis for user tests and focus groups

  • Collect user needs and feedback throughout the project by implementing appropriate research methods (on-site observations, interviews, user tests, surveys, literature, etc.)

  • Create personas through user research and data

  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success via measurable criteria

  • Identify business processes and use cases, define and formalize user journeys or make recommendations for improvement to existing journeys

  • Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

  • Using our Figma design system, realize wireframes, produce clickable functional prototypes and final UI Design

  • Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders

  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

  • Actively participate in broader UX Chapter and Product Team activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure common UX standards

 

Following Know-how is required:

 

  • Excellent with UX design for complex workflows

  • Experiences in UI designs (Figma) for multiple thin or thick clients (responsive Web, mobile, desktop)

  • Proven experiences in design thinking in context of agile projects

  • Strong practices of qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Good portfolio of design projects

  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

  • Experience creating wireframes and user flows

  • Attention to details and works delivered in high standard

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript

  • Analytical and synthesis skills promoting simple solutions

  • Able to write processes, documentation and presentations

  • Good German and English Skills

 

Order Type: Contract / Freelancer

Location: Remote (90%) / Berlin (10%)

Start: February 2025

Duration: 12 months (with option of contract extension)
