Technical Support (f/m/d) for LMS SAP Success Factors
For a project we are looking for a Technical Support (f/m/d) for LMS SAP Success Factors.
Your tasks will be:

Helpdesk for the population who want more information regarding training courses (both by phone and e-mail).

Carrying out the various administrative activities related to planning and organising training for the staff.

Carrying out the follow-up and registration of training courses.
-
Carrying out various administrative tasks such as filing documents, and provide initial reporting to our business, trainers and participants.

Performing quality improvement tasks, proactively looking for ways to work more efficiently and better integrate the various activities.

Working out and test the LMS configuration(s) for new training paths, providing guidance and advise on potential (new – unused) LMS features. Testing configurations in the LMS.

Working out new and simpler LMS-configurations for the complex training paths and control the new configurations fit the reporting requirements.

Supporting the Academy Training Centre with the resolution of technical user issues that might arise in the LMS.

Based on the above activities, creating and updating the documentation (Work Instructions and Quick Reference Guides)
Following Know-how is required:
-
More than 3 years of experience in using the LMS SAP SuccessFactors as (knowledge of Items, Curriculum, Programs, Assignment Profiles, Exams and the logic behind it) or a similar experience.

Accuracy, quality and safety awareness are a must.

Good documentation and can write and explain (train) qualitative guidelines and instructions.

MS-Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and not averse to discovering new tools.

Preferably certified in LMS SAP SuccessFactors (Learning)

Passionate analyst, knowing how to capture customer needs and the satisfaction of the internal customers is essential

Good communication Skills
-
Good listener, customer-oriented and responsible
-
Interested in electricity and willing to learn more about it

Good organisational skills, work independently and take initiative
-
Fluent English (C1) and German (C1). Knowledge of Dutch and French is beneficial.

Location: Remote (70%)Berlin(30%), travel to Brussels & Schaerbeek (30%)
Start: 01.09.2024
Duration: 31.12.24(with option of contract extension)
