Scrum Master (f/m/d)

For a project we are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:

• Continuous improvement and the organization to truly collaborate with the Agile teams:

• Integrate two teams and enables their culture

• Two days a month equivalent: support the Agile Chapter events (scrum events, agile clinic, strategy brainstorm, community of practice, offsites, etc.)

• Help the coaches on workshop/training co-facilitation

• Act as a Servant-leader, Facilitator, Agile coach, Change agent, Teacher, Impediment remover, Mentor

Following Know-how is required:

• Know, own and apply, also for himself, the Agile mindset (value and principles)

• Proven (min. 3 years) work experience as Scrum Master

• Able to provide a positive and constructive feedback for improvement

• Ability to work fully independently & plan Scrum activities without supervision

• Proven work experience as Scrum Master: at least has been part of 2-3 different teams as a Scrum Master in a different context than IT (plus), for more than one company (big plus)

• Able to train Scrum, Kanban, agile and others techniques

• Mastery of several Agile project/product management approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to be flexible depending on the team needs

• Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and related methods and tools (nice to have)

• Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks (nice to have)

• Any of those languages is a plus: German, French and Dutch

• Located in Berlin would be better

• Fluent in English

Order Type: Contract

Location: Berlin 50%/ remote 50% / 1x Brussels

Start: 10.02.2025

Duration: 31.01.2026 (with option of contract extension)
