Permit Compliance Engineer (f/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

• The services must lead to an efficient use of resources and the timely achievement of permits for construction, as well as for the compliance to the related permit conditions during execution in an offshore windfarm project
• Supervision of the interfaces between the specialist departments for program execution: Permits (CPS) and Offshore Dept. (FO) and coordination and subsequent processing of the resulting tasks with the specialist project manager for cable laying (FO) on the one hand and the specialist project manager for approval (CPS-O) on the other
• Desired participation in project meetings
• Independent tracking/monitoring and implementation of permit conditions
• Revision of environmental and technical documents of the execution planning and construction engineering with a focus on permit conditions
• Regular reports to the authorities as per reporting obligations
• Communication with the authorities and public bodies
• Preparation of technical tender documents
• Communication: creation of presentations; explainers and supporting the corporate Communications dept.
• Specialist support / coordination of external service providers (e.g. environmental planners, ecological construction supervision, Subject Matter Experts)
• Schedule and cost control of technical tender documents
• Documentation in document management system

Ihr Know-how:

• At least 5 years‘ experience as a Permit Compliance Engineer
• Confident with the concept and permit process Planfeststellungsverfahren and compliance monitoring of the german “Planfeststellungsbeschluss” (project permit and permit conditions)
• Excellent knowledge of German (C1) and English (at least B2)
• Intimate knowledge of state and federal permitting authorities incl. but not limited to: AfPE; BSH; GDWS; MEKUN; LKN; WSV
• Good knowledge of QGIS, Google Earth Pro, MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
