IT Project Manager (f/m/d) Transformation Leading

For a project we are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) Transformation Leading.

Your tasks will be:

Establish and align project leads and business owners on a common agenda with regards to end-to-end program objectives (scope, timelines, expected business results)
Establish an operational program structure allowing for ongoing transparency of program progress vs plan
Guide setup of effective processes for typical program activities, such as risk management, issue management, etc.
Develop and execute an effective communication strategy within the program, but also to external stakeholders
Ensure planning and preparation for all required life cycles of the program, including rollout, launch preparation and post-launch phases.

Your Know-how:

Proven communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels (technical engineers, department leads, C-Level, Works Council, etc.)
Min. 5 Years Experience working in the Energy industry
Min. 5 Years Experience dealing with large scale IT programs
Proven track record of successfully leading large scale programs (multi-year, involving 100+ FTE)
Experience with program due diligence and re-structuring programs which require re-adjustments to achieve their objectives
PMO setup & operation
Agile methodologies, certifications preferred but actual implementation experience required
Language: Professional fluency in both German and English (C1)
