EHS Business Analyst (f/m/d)

For a project we are looking for a EHS Business Analyst (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:

• The mission consists of assuring the business analysis activities within the Product “OneSAP+ EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)” – in the development, configuration and aftercare phases of the EHS tools

• Sparring with the business to optimize and harmonize processes by analysing, describing and validating business requirements, including modelling processes and information

• Identifying and analysing bugs in the systems and proposing solutions

• Perform data analyses to improve operational efficiency (ensure data quality)

• Formulating and validating user stories and defining acceptance criteria based on business requirements

• Validate technical specifications regarding the optimal IT solutions

• Drawing up test scenarios and supporting the test and acceptance processes

• Preparing and conducting workshops and training with the business

• Advising the product owner and product stakeholders to plan and prioritize the further development and maintenance of the product

Following Know-how is required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as IT business analyst

• Experience in SAP EHS is a must

• Knowledge of IREB

• Knowledge of ArchiMate, BPMN and UML

• User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture

• Language skills: English (C1) and German (C1) are necessary

Order Type: Freelance Contract

Location: Remote (55%), Berlin (40%), Brussel (5%)

Start: 1.03.2025

Duration: 31.03.2026 (with option of contract extension)
