UX Design and Research Services (w/m/d)

Your Tasks will be:

• Conduct and document research activities in research repository, ensuring thorough insights into user needs and pain points.
• implementation of appropriate research methods such as on-site observations, interviews, user tests, surveys, and literature reviews to gather feedback throughout the project.
• maintaining and updating detailed personas and experience maps based on user research and data analysis.
• By using Figma clients design system realize wireframes and produce clickable functional prototypes
• finalization of UI Design in Figma and handover to the Developers.
• designing of flows based on MCCS standards and best practices
• definition of the most effective interaction models for the product and evaluate their success through user testing and measurable KPIs
• ensuring functional and intuitive interfaces
• preparation and conducting of workshops focusing on functional framing, ideation, and co-design with the relevant stakeholders (customer’s product team and end-user)
• coordination of user testing surveys and focus groups
• provide feedback and advice the UX Chapter to ensure common UX standards
• producing of user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Presentation and consulting of ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
• participation in UX Chapter and Product Team activities such as feedback and knowledge sharing to ensure common UX standards

Your Know-how:

• experiences in UX (f.e. degree, certification, project expiriences)
• experiences in writing processes, documentation and presentations
• 5+ years expertise of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• 5+ years expertise in UX/UI design for complex workflows
• experience creating wireframes, user flow, prototypes and high-fidelity UI Design
• Experience in design software (Figma) as well as presentation software (PowerPoint, Miro)
• ability to use a design system in Figma
• technical understanding of building web applications
• optional the ability to use the research tool Condens
• optional experience within the energy sector
• Language skill: German mandatory (native or fluent), as well as professional efficiency in English
